BeeU provides emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people (ages 0 to 25) in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.

Neurodevelopmental assessments for children – autism for 5-18 year olds, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) for 6-18 year olds

Kooth
Kooth is an online emotional wellbeing community for children and young people aged 11 to 25 where they can access free, safe, and anonymous support.
Kooth provides an anonymous 24-hour online service offering peer support, self-help and have trained counsellors to talk to. Anyone aged 11-25, living in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin, can register to access this service and you don’t need to be referred or have an appointment Whilst the website is available 24 hours, there will be someone to talk to online at the following times:
• 12:00 to 22:00 (Monday to Friday)
• 18:00 to 22:00 (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays)

Listening Support Line
If you are in emotional distress, struggling to cope, or need somebody to talk to there is always somebody to take your call during our open hours to offer one to one listening support. The support line is open Monday to Friday 10:00am-5:00pm.

Calm Cafés
Our Calm Cafes offer people 18 years old and over living in Telford & Wrekin who require support with their emotional and mental health a space to meet like-minded people, and gain support from trained staff. The Calm Cafés are delivered by Telford Mind and Telford & Wrekin Council. We provide support and safety to anyone in need by offering coping mechanisms and management techniques to help reduce the risk of crisis. As well as offering support, professionals can also refer and direct you to further services if required.
