SEND News update for March 2021

Welcome to the March edition of SEND News!

It has been lovely to see all the children and young people returning to their schools and settings this month, we are sure you have been enjoying having them back in school with you.

In SEND News this month we are pleased to share a brief update with you of the Voice Co-production event on 23rd March. There has been some amazing work our parents, carers, young people, Education, Health and Social Care colleagues to mark our first steps on our journey to embedding co-production in Telford & Wrekin and your support will be vital to enable this to happen.

The SEND Team are busy planning on how they can support schools and settings with information and advice, they will soon be launching SEND Drop In sessions for each locality. Don’t forget to save the date in your diaries for the next SENCo Network Meeting on Thursday 22 April 2021, this will once again be an interactive session with a theme of Transition.
