Landau offers a combination of Study programmes and supported Internships designed to support young people.

A Study Programme is an initiative which aims to individualise all learners' education and training experience, whilst enhancing their employment opportunities, designed to complement all learner pathways (both vocational and academic).

The Landau Learning environment is a safe space to develop and grow, it is a stepping stone onto a desired destination.  We take learners from 16 – 18 and up to 25 with an EHCP and support them in gaining essential qualifications and independence to enable them to progress in a positive way.

Our approach is focused on person centred learning within safe and practical work-related environments with a friendly and experienced team of staff and business partners.

The programme is made up of various elements depending on their chosen pathway – These could include -

  • Functional Skills Maths & English
  • PSD – Personal and Social development
  • Employability
  • Vocational Courses
  • Work Experience
  • Careers Advice
  • Next steps support

We support young people in small groups to achieve their aspirations and overcome any barriers to learning. We have extensive experience working with learners with Education Health Care Plans.  Our programmes are developed so young people have full lives with choices about their future and control of their support.
