PODS, IASS and the SEND Team would like to invite parent carers and family carers to an Annual Review Workshop for children and young people with an Education Health and Care Plan. “When a child or young person has an Education, Health and Care plan there is an ongoing requirement for their plan to be reviewed every year, this is referred to as the Annual Review. This review must be undertaken in partnership with the child or young person and their parent, the review must take into account their views, wishes and feelings”
